How it works

Six stages, one point of contact, and no part of it where you're left working something out on your own.

The first conversation

A short call or a WhatsApp thread — whichever suits you. We want to know how you travel, not just where you're going: the seat you can't sleep without, the hotel that ruined all other hotels, whether you'd rather land early or leave late.

The brief

Dates, budget, who's coming, what the trip is for. If you have miles or points sitting unused, this is where we look at them — often they're worth far more than you'd think, and in the right cabin on the right route they're worth a great deal more.

Options and honest pricing

We come back with routes and properties that fit, and we tell you plainly where the value is and where you're paying for a name. If a cheaper routing is genuinely better, that's the one we'll recommend.

Booking, with the perks attached

Once you approve it, everything is booked on your behalf. Because we book hotels through preferred-partner programs, upgrades, breakfast, property credits and early check-in are attached to the reservation from the start — not requested at the desk on arrival.

Before you fly

Seats confirmed, loyalty numbers on every booking, transfers arranged, tables and tours held. You get a single itinerary with everything in it, and we flag anything that needs your attention — a visa, a document, a connection that's tighter than it looks.

While you're away

Delays, cancellations, a booking that's gone missing — you message us and we deal with it. No hold music, no queue, no explaining the situation from the beginning to a different person each time.

Common questions

How does pricing work?

It depends on the trip. Some bookings pay us through the supplier at no cost to you; more complex itineraries carry a planning fee, which we agree with you upfront before any work starts. You'll never see a charge you didn't approve.

What does a Virtuoso affiliation actually get me?

At participating hotels, it typically means a room upgrade when one is available, daily breakfast for two, a property credit, and early check-in or late checkout. These are attached to the booking because of the agency relationship — you cannot get them booking the same room yourself at the same rate.

Can you use my miles and points?

Often, yes, and it's one of the things we're best at. Award availability is a moving target and the good seats rarely show up where people look for them. Tell us what you're holding and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth using now or saving.

Do you only do luxury travel?

No. We work with travellers at every level. A family trip that needs the smartest possible value gets the same attention as a honeymoon with no ceiling — the job is the same, which is getting you the best version of the trip you're actually planning.

What happens if something goes wrong mid-trip?

You message us. Cancellations, delays, a hotel that lost your reservation — we're already working on it while you're still standing at the gate. That single fact is most of the reason our clients use us.

How far ahead should I get in touch?

For award seats in premium cabins, as early as you can — often close to a year out. For everything else, a few months is comfortable and a few weeks is workable. If it's urgent, message us anyway; short notice is not the same as impossible.
